FormConnect is a user-friendly application designed for creating and completing forms on your iPhone and iPad. It boasts a clean and straightforward interface that allows you to personalize forms according to your preferences.

With a selection of pre-built templates at your disposal, you have the option to choose one that suits your needs or build your own from scratch. The flexibility of this app enables you to incorporate various field types including text, dates, check boxes, pick lists, radio buttons, photographs, and signature fields.
